Understanding Fiscal Regulations

Mississippi Early’s focus is on small group (45 or fewer participants) training to provide participants with the individual attention to gain maximum impact from the training experience. With over 20 years of experience in providing fiscal services to Head Start grantees, our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and templates to help you implement effective and long-lasting change in your organization.

Jim is recognized nationally for his knowledge in Federal regulation, including the Uniform Guidance. He has trained OHS Federal staff and Regional TTA staff on the cost principles, single audits, and uniform administrative requirements. As the Monitoring Lead, he developed monitoring protocols based on Uniform Guidance requirements. As support for the Monitoring Disallowance Review Board (MDRB), Jim identified potential disallowances related to the Uniform Guidance for the Office of Head Start.

Do not miss out on the opportunity to save on Uniform Guidance Training when combined with the Fiscal Forum Training for an informative training on managing resources and expanding your fiscal capacity.
